Delivery Information & Returns Policy

DELIVERY

All purchases on our website over £20.00 will be sent Free of Charge by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and are posted out the same day as the order, so long as the order is made before 1pm. If not, the order is posted the following day. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available as an optional upgrade at a cost of £5.00.

Orders under £20.00 will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and a charge of £2.90 will be added to your order. Orders over £50.00 will be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 Free of Charge, however, delivery take between 2-7 working days on all items dispatched.

Your tracking number can be requested by emailing info@jppharmacy.co.uk.

Lastly, whilst we endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours, this period may vary subject to stock - please take note of the stock status message on each individual product page. Selecting Royal Mail Tracked 24 does not mean your order will be dispatched quicker.

 

MISSING ORDERS

Royal Mail do not classify a parcel as missing unless 10 working days have passed since the estimated delivery date; we are unable to submit a claim for a missing parcel before this stage.

Once submitted, you may receive a form from Royal Mail that would need to be completed and returned to them within the specified deadline on the form. Please ensure the form is completed and returned to Royal Mail, as they would not be able to proceed further unless they receive the completed form.

Once the claim is submitted it can take up to 30 business days for a resolution to be passed by Royal Mail upon their investigation.

Subject to the investigation being completed and only after the period of time mentioned above, you would be able to receive a refund. 

 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES

The closer to Christmas it gets, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times due to Royal Mail's work load increasing.

Please consider ordering early to save disappointment.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

MEDICINES, SUPPLEMENTS & MAKEUP:

We regret to inform you we are unable, by law, to accept returns of any medicines or supplements. These items cannot be resold and are disposed of in the correct manner. We are also unable to accept returns of make up items for hygienic reasons. 

However, if we have made a mistake or the product is faulty, we will accept returns as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and return the product within 14 days. We will refund the amount paid or resend the product once the item has been returned.

OTHER PRODUCTS:

If you are not fully satisfied with any other item you have received, we will accept returns as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and we receive the product back within 14 days. We will refund the amount paid or resend the product once the item has been returned.

GENERAL:

All returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us and so a copy of your receipt must be included with the returned item(s).

Please note that £2.90 postage/shipping is not refunded on items returned for any reason other than being sent a wrong or faulty item (regardless of whether or not the order qualified for free delivery).

Any return which does not meet the conditions set above will not be refunded or replaced.
